1. Reservations and Punctuality

We recommend booking in advance to secure your table. Reservations are held for a grace period of 15 minutes. If your party has not arrived within this window, we reserve the right to mark the reservation as a no-show and release the table.


2. Group Bookings

For parties of 10 or more, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your final bill on the day of your visit.


3. Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

Please notify us of any food allergies or intolerances at the time of booking or upon arrival. While we strive to prevent cross-contamination, our kitchen handles various allergens, and we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.


4. Service Charge

A discretionary service charge of 10% to 15% may be added to the final bill for large groups or during holiday periods. This charge is distributed entirely among our front-of-house and kitchen staff.


5. External Food and Drink

Consumption of outside food or beverages (including wine and birthday cakes) is generally not permitted. If you wish to bring a cake or a specific bottle of wine, please contact us in advance to discuss "cakage" or "corkage" fees.


6. Right to Refuse Service

Our establishment operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding verbal or physical abuse toward our staff. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if their behavior is disruptive to others.


7. Dress Code

We kindly request that guests adhere to a smart-casual dress code. Entry may be declined for inappropriate attire, such as swimwear or excessively soiled workwear, at the manager's discretion.


8. Alcohol Consumption

We follow strict local licensing laws. Staff may request valid photo identification before serving alcohol to any guest who appears under the legal drinking age. We reserve the right to stop serving alcohol to intoxicated individuals.


9. Lost Property

The restaurant is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings left unattended on the premises. Any items found will be kept in our lost and found for a period of 14 days before being donated.


10. Pricing and Menu Changes

Menu items and prices are subject to change based on seasonal availability and market fluctuations. We will do our best to ensure the digital menu on our website is as accurate as possible.
